Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to check the live delivery status of your package.

Damages & Wrong Delivery If your parcel is opened or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact our support team immediately.
