Refund policy

No Returns & No Refunds At [Anejify], we follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, and no refunds will be issued. We request all our customers to kindly check the size chart carefully before making a purchase to avoid any sizing issues.

Damaged or Wrong Products (Exception) We only accept exchanges or issue refunds in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • To claim an exchange for a damaged/wrong product, you must contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Mandatory Requirement: You must provide an uncut, clear video showing the unboxing of the package from start to finish as proof of damage. Without a proper unboxing video, no exchange requests will be entertained.

Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
